11 - Month Warranty
This inspection is catered to new construction homeowners to outline the condition of the home & to prepare you for your 1 year warranty meeting with your builder.
A full home inspection is performed to equip you with the details of your home. Repair items that are of concern, & may be covered by the builder, are reported to you for your convenience in a detailed & easy-to-read report.
Certified Pre-Inspected
A Move-In Certified™ home has been pre-inspected, which means that the seller can confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement, & no known safety hazards.

The WDO Report is a written report of an inspection on a home for visible & accessible evidence of an infestation or damage by wood destroying organisms. Usually this means subterranean or dry wood termites, but will also cover wood destroying beetles & wood destroying fungi. This inspection (form 13645) is performed by a Florida Licensed Certified Pest Control Operator.
